Steven N. Mottaz

Mr. Mottaz has been engaged in the general practice of law since 1965. He received both his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Illinois. He was been a member of the Bankruptcy Chapter 7 US Trustee Panel from 1967 to 2003.

He has been a Director of the Alton Telegraph and has been a Director and past President of Family Service & Visiting Nurse Association. He also has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois for condemnation. He has also been an organizer and member of the Board of Directors for the Bank of Godfrey.
