Ronald C. Mottaz

Mr. Mottaz has had an active general practice since becoming a member of the bar in Illinois in 1956 and has over 40 years experience in real estate, wills, business organizations, financial matters, condemnation and banking.

He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana in 1953, and Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Illinois in 1956.

In addition to his membership in the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and the local bar associations, he has served as a Special Assistant attorney General for the State of Illinois, in charge of condemnation, for over 15 years, and as a Federal Magistrate for 20 years. In addition, he was a director of Alton Banking and Trust Company and Mercantile Bank of Illinois.
